I have been managing international teams on global improvement programmes for FTSE and Fortune 100 companies for the last 10 years or so, and have a pretty good grasp on managing productivity from myself and teams of up to 100 - but still loads to learn.
Got my Prince2 foundation, and familiar with it through various public sector contracts.
I am a long term member of Mensa, the high IQ society, and head up two professional bodies in Scotland: ISACA and the Institute of Information Security Professionals.
Have founded two consultancies, and run large teams for two global professional services firms - so have an excellent view of the balance required at both ends.
Tend to look at the bigger picture, rather than the benefits of a specific tool.

Is there something where can I throw away my frustration for an individual +1 Totally agree. Don't do anything when in this frustration - wait until calm, so you don't regret it later. Useful activities can include a good workout. I like to go for a run or play some loud rock guitar if I have encountered a major frustration during my day - it really helps! |

How do you act confident? Excellent answer - a great positive is to get a 'soul jar' which your friends can populate with positive statements about you. When you feel less confident, read the contents of the jar - it sounds very uplifting. |

How to control the urge of refreshing the forum pages to see if someone has replied? This works well along with Pomodoro or similar tools. In Pomodoro you do not follow any notification (exceptions granted in life threatening emergencies :-) and only check on your next break. |

How do you organize your life in Asana? This doesn't answer your question, but I just can't understand why you would move to a tool which doesn't have the functions you know you already need. Choose your tool based on functions, don't move and then see if you can make it fit your needs... |

Becoming efficient and thus reducing how much we work & stress? Absolutely agree with this - I have worked with many people who are obviously working flat out, but who get about the same or less done than me, fixated on career, selfishly exclude others etc; and I make sure I enjoy life, make time for my family and band (and Stack Exchange) and get not only a feel good factor for mentoring others, but also have them support me. A 'family' type of team works much better for me to get stuff done while enjoying life and career. |

What are the general steps to increase your IQ? I think you'll find that you can definitely have a high IQ while being unhappy. Some of the individuals I know through Mensa are unhappy because of their high IQ (as it can lead to alienation) |

What are the (dis)advantages of Mindmap software? Can you explain why you think 2d mind maps are insufficient. As a standalone statement it doesn't provide much value. Also, can you explain your 3 points a little further. |

Poor fridge management Hi Gruber - as per the faq, this is off topic here. Simply put, though, just plan to look in your fridge every day. Prioritise eating things that are close to their best before date. |

Simple program with subtasks If I knew the product I might do just that. However I have never heard of this one. The op however has, so can easily edit the answer. |

Simple program with subtasks Answers that are just a link are very low value so tend to get marked down or deleted. Look at the higher scoring answers - they not only have a link, but also a description of functionality. |

writing reports about phone meetings and keeping track and following up on them Yep, excel makes this quite easy. If you have a column for topic you can use pivot tables to view on a per conversation basis if you want. |

recover from depression As per comments - this is off topic here. You'd be better off looking at professional help where depression is concerned. |

How to work while depressed? The handful of folks I knew undergoing depression treatment were encouraged to work, and my employer had a process for tailoring support to help manage them. |
