comment How to be better updated but reading less at the same time?
gReader + RSS TTS is my best tool, apart from Moon+ + TTS reading. These tools also permit to play Spotify music in the background (modifying Spotify equalizer settings to display lowest audio level)

Thanks @Remco, but I would prefer not using the eyes, or at least use them as less as possible. Text to speech is much better option.

Great comment @Memming, this could help. Maybe I should redefine my goals. I recently finished a PhD in Microbiology and started a Masters in Bioinformatics. Focusing on reading about the new topic could help. Also, I read too much about technology, gadgets, something about may be rarely relevant. However I still would like to read the most shared articles about these topics that I will sett aside.

comment Highlight sentence feature with text-to-speech (Mac OSX)
Hi avernet, as far as I know, Chrome for Android does not support extensions yet. Since I have almost all the webpages via RSS, I'm using gReader, a powerful App that is capable to read via TTS. Please post here a link if you ask in Android forums for tools related to TTS in Android.

Thanks Jean-Paul, but I'm not looking for Spreed-like Apps. I'm looking for a highlighting and text-to-speech MAC OS X App. In fact, what I need is a Chrome extension doing this.
